Q1. Does every user need a login?

A1. Yes. each user requires a login for tracking and permissions.

However, even users not logged in can receive value via:

  • Offers logged directly in the TMS

  • Email and Teams notifications

  • Whisper messages from the AI

Q2. Can I make my own custom agent?

A2. Yes. FleetWorks supports customer-defined agents and use cases.

Usage volume is monitored; frequent use (beyond a few daily calls) requires a paid plan.

Q3. How do I assign a phone number to incoming calls?

A3. Go to User Name → Manage Phone Number to assign or update a user’s call routing number.
