FleetWorks Onboarding Guide

Welcome to FleetWorks Onboarding!

Our dedicated onboarding process is designed for a smooth and successful transition. You'll work closely with our team as we guide you through technical setup, workflow alignment, system integrations, training, and go-live. (It takes about two weeks to onboard on average.)

For technical integration details, you'll have direct access to our documentation and support resources. If you have questions or need help at any stage, our onboarding team is here to help!

Here are the steps for your onboarding:

1. Technical validation (pw: bookmyload)

a. Understand how your TMS is set up (FW)

i. Integration Options: (webhook vs. pull-based integration options and overall architecture.)

b. Get your API Keys

c. Ingest data and review (FW):

d. Configure your TMS to receive bid events from FleetWorks with webhook/pull integration and authentication

e. Map fields to FleetWorks

2. Align on business workflow

a. Discuss escalation routing with FW (transfer phone numbers) and negotiation logic.

b. Select your preferred channel (phone, email) and agents.

3. Configure your admin settings in FleetWorks

a. Set up agent phone & invite users

4. Call and Email testing

a. Review call test cases (DNL, Pass/Partial Pass/Fail, routing)

b. Test negotiation logic

c. Test workflows (carrier experience)

d. Post loads to test calls and emails

5.Train your operations team on warm transfers

6. Go live

7. Set up bi-weekly check-ins (FW)
